Tax Payments Due January 31, 2026: First installment or full property tax payments due January 31, 2026. Tax payments must be postmarked or paid online by January 31, 2026 to be considered a timely payment. If you plan to pay your property taxes by mail, consider using a certified or guranteed delivery date service. Make a payment in-person during the hours of M-Th 9am-3pm, and Fridays 11am-2pm through January 30th, except for holidays. Don’t let winter freeze your curbside pickup plans!

WINTER TIPS FOR TRASH AND RECYCLING PICKUP

  • Clearing snow after each snowfall will make it easier to move your cart to its collection point.
  • Clear a place at your collection point so carts sit flat.
  • Carts WILL NOT be collected if placed on a snowbank.

If the trucks are not able to access a road due to weather or road conditions, collections will be made either later in the week if time allows or on the next regular-scheduled pickup day.
