April 7, 2026 Spring Election Notice of Location and Hours of Polling Place: Notice of Location and Hours of Polling Place At the Spring Election to be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 in the Town of Merrimac, the following polling place location will be used for the wards indicated:                            Location                                                                              Wards             Merrimac Town Hall             S6911 Hwy 113                                                                      Wards 1 & 2             Merrimac, WI 53561                                                 All polling places will open at 7:00 A.M. and will close at 8:00 P.M. All polling places are accessible to elderly and voters with disabilities.   If you have any questions concerning your polling place, contact the municipal clerk. Stat. § 19.84, the Election Inspectors at each polling place will convene as the Local Canvassing Board for the purpose of conducting the local canvass pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.51.  This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.81-89.   Notice of Meeting of MBOC to Process Rehabilitated Provisional Ballots If provisional ballots have been issued and are subsequently cured by the voter before 4:00 p.m. on the Friday after the election, the MBOC must meet no later than the following Monday at 9:00 a.m. to process the cured provisional ballots.  This is a public meeting and requires applicable notice.   Posted this 5th day of April, 2026  Stephanie Brensike, Clerk

Notice of Board of Review

NOTICE OF MEETING TO ADJOURN BOARD OF REVIEW

TO A DATE CERTAIN

STATE OF WISCONSIN

TOWN OF MERRIMAC, SAUK COUNTY

 

The Board of Review of the Town of Merrimac will meet on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Merrimac Town Hall located at S6911 State Hwy. 113 for the purpose of calling the board of review into session during the 45-day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.47 (1).  Due to the fact that the assessment roll is not completed at this time, the Board of Review will be adjourned until June 14, 2025 at 9:00am.
