Tax payments must be postmarked or paid online by January 31, 2026 to be considered a timely payment. Make a payment in-person during the hours of M-Th 9am-3pm, and Fridays 11am-2pm through January 30th, except for holidays. The Town of Merrimac completed the SmartGrowth Comprehensive Planning process as required by State of Wisconsin Statutes. The new plan was adopted on December 1, 2004.
