Important Dates and Deadlines for the

November 3, 2026 General Election:

October 14, 2026 – Deadline for voters to register by mail or online to vote in the Partisan Primary Election. After this date voters may register in-person in the Clerk’s Office (until  5:00 p.m. October 30, 2026) or register at the polls on election day.

October 20, 2026 – First day of in-person absentee voting at the Town Hall.

• In-person absentee hours:
  • Tuesday, October 20: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 21: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 22: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
  • Friday, October 23: 9:00 a.m.- noon.
  • Monday, October 26: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 27: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 28: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 29: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
  • Friday, October 30: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

October 29, 2026 – Deadline to request absentee ballot by mail 5:00 p.m.

October 30, 2026 – Last day of in-person absentee voting and in-person registration at the Town Hall.

November 3, 2026 – General Election. Polls open from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
