Spring Road Posting as Class “B” Highways Effective March 9, 2026: Spring weather is here and as the frost comes out of the ground, it puts the roads at risk of damage. Effective March 9, 2026, all town roads will be posted as Class “B” highways, allowing haulers to carry 60% of legal load. Thank you for your cooperation to help maintain the roads!

Notice to the Electors of the Town of Merrimac, Sauk County. The following dates have been set for the Open Book and Board of Review. Anyone with questions regarding their property assessment may contact Equity Appraisal, contact information below.

 

Open Book:

Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Meeting to be held at Merrimac Town Hall, S6911 State Hwy 113, Merrimac, WI 53561.

 

Board of Review:

Thursday, May 21st, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00p.m.
